Thank you for shopping at Wexford Time. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as efficiently as possible. Please read this policy carefully, as delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times below are calculated from the date of dispatch and represent standard transit under normal conditions. Actual delivery times may vary (see Customs Inspection section below):

  • United States: 7–20 business days (Standard) / 3–7 business days (Expedited)
  • European Union: 10–20 business days (Standard)
  • Rest of World: 14–20 business days


Customs Inspection & Potential Delays

Please be aware that international shipments — particularly packages weighing over 400 grams — are subject to more thorough inspection procedures by customs authorities upon entering the destination country. These inspections are conducted by government agencies and are entirely outside of our control.

As a result of such inspections, delivery times may be extended beyond the standard estimates. In certain regions where customs authorities apply stricter screening protocols — including but not limited to specific states within the United States and member states of the European Union — processing times at customs can be significantly longer.

In these cases, total delivery time from dispatch to final delivery may extend up to 20 business days or more. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Rest assured, your order has not been lost — it may simply be undergoing the required inspection process.

We recommend that you:

  • Monitor your tracking information regularly for status updates
  • Allow the full 20-business-day window before contacting us regarding a delayed shipment
  • Ensure that any applicable import duties or taxes in your region are paid promptly, as unpaid fees can cause additional delays at customs


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders above a minimum threshold as displayed at checkout. Conditions may vary by promotion.

International Shipments — Customs & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the customs authority in your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

For EU customers: import duties may apply if goods are shipped from outside the EU. We are committed to full compliance with EU customs regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time on the carrier's website. Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed during customs processing.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days at contact@wexfordtime.com. If your package shows no movement for more than 20 business days, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
